Last Autumn Peapod launched an Online version of their flagship forms product PRINTAForm. Despite the product still being very much in its infancy there are already 400 users at 115 firms.

The best feature of PRINT@Form Online is that the users are never required to update the forms as they are all hosted online by Peapod themselves.

The 115 firms using the system includes sole practitioners, small to medium high street firms and multi site, multi work type firms.

PRINT@Form Online retains the simple look and feel of the existing PRINTAForm product, meaning the new system requires no training and requires minimal set up no matter how many users you require.

In the last quarter Peapod added a further 23 new clients to its customer base and added a further 7in October. With November’s order book looking good it seems the slew of new products recently released is reaping benefits for the firm.

PRINT@Form Online: The recently released Online version of our forms product PRINTAForm has been a major success with over 80 firms and almost 300 users up and running already.This coupled with the new website has allowed us to garner approximately 5000 hits per month on our website.

SDLT Online: With the recent changes to the submission rules from November 1st many clients have chosen to take up the Online submission module of PRINTAForm. With no client signature required and no charge per submission as well as same day return of the SDLT5, many clients feel that this is the most efficient and cost effective method of submitting their SDLT forms.

PROBATEOffice: Peapod’s Estate administration system has been designed by a solicitor with several years experience dealing with Probate cases. The program is written for solicitors to use; it includes all the Probate forms and automatically calculates Inheritance Tax Liability.

LEGALOffice® LA: Peapod’s brand new Case Management and Accounts system is already up and running in several of their existing customer sites with several others on the waiting list. Designed in Microsoft Visual Studio’s 2008, LOLA is the most advanced system on the market.

With Peapod’s sister company LEGALOffice® Limited the accounts bureau service, picking up approximately 5 new clients per month, the organisation as a whole is going from strength to strength in this tough economic period.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL SDLT FORM USERS

We have received notification from the HMRC that the SDLT bar-coded forms will no longer be accepted by the HMRC as of the 1st November 2008. If forms are submitted this way after this date they will be rejected and you may incur penalties.

As some of you may know, the alternative to using the bar-coded forms is using our Online SDLT forms. These forms come with an additional charge and are not supplied with the Standard PRINTAForm package. If you wish to purchase these forms please contact your sales representative or our sales team.
